Best Health and Fitness E-Books - Honest Reviews

Here is my honest review of my three favorite, and bestselling, ebooks.

For those of you that don't know, an ebook is just like a regular book but you can download it online and start reading it seconds after you make your purchase.

You'll find the same information on my squidoo lens, along with links to these ebooks.

Best Health and Fitness e-book 1: Burn the fat, feed the muscle

With a title like that, it has to be good. This is the bible of fitness e-books, with more accurate information than you'll find anywhere else.

The book is a bit complicated, but using the book you can tailor a workout to your specific body type and goals.

Set up your workout with the information in this book, and you won't waste a minute of your time. You could easily boost your workout effectiveness by 500%, and thats a safe analysis.

Seriously consider this one, it has been my best purchase ever. By the way, if you buy it through the link in my squidoo lens, go ahead and email me your receipt number so I can send you a free bonus!

Best Health and Fitness e-book 2: Fat Loss 4 Idiots Guide

You might have heard of this one before, it is very popular right now. It is a complicated diet that will let you lose weight without hitting the gym at all.

This is great if your real busy with kids, schoolwork, or a full-time job.

This program has an online diet generator with it that teachers you how to rotate types of calories to have your body effectively burn off of fat.

Buyer beware, you'll need to buy and cook specific foods. This should be obvious but to a lot of people it isn't...

This fitness e-book is different than the others, but that is what makes it interesting. My mom swears by this, shes lost eleven pounds already.

Best Health and Fitness e-book 3: No-nonsense Muscle Building

This is the way to get ripped fast, it is the e-book I refer too most often. This is for you hardcore builders who want to seriously explode with muscle definition.

The online calender that comes with this program is brilliant, it outlines your workouts every day. How easy!

Fair warning, these workouts are intense! I myself saw improvement not two weeks in!!

This e-book has an awesome section about workouts aimed at improving your weak spots. That one section was well worth the purchase.

Anyways those are my three favorite e-books. Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle is the best informative all-around e-book. Fat Loss 4 Idiots is great for busy mothers and other people who can't find time to get to the gym. Lastly, No nonsense muscle building is great for anyone who wants to get ripped quickly.

It takes the average person 12 months to gain the muscle or lose the weight they want. With a proper program, this can be done in less than half the time. Personal trainers charge $600 or more for a program like this, purchasing an e-book will save you a lot of money!

Home Fitness Review - Equipment Or Ebooks?

So you've decided to start training at home. Now what should you do? Spend a lot of money on equipment, or invest some money on eBooks? Well, before you can answer this question, you need to really think about why you're working out at home.

Is it because....

- You can no longer afford your gym membership - You like the convenience of working out at home - You no longer have time to drive down to the gym

Most people believe that if they don't have time to go to the gym, they need to buy an expensive home gym. This is not true. You can get in shape in the comfort of your own home with dumbbells and bodyweight exercises.

I have uncles, cousins, friends, and neighbors who've purchased large, fancy, infomercial products that just collect dust in their basements. You do not need equipment such as the treadmill or bow flex to get a great workout.

And if you wish to save money, without wasting countless hours on trying to figure out how exactly to workout at home with limited equipment, then my suggestion is to invest in some good guides. Namely, ebooks.

Ebooks offer something completely unique that most products do not - their electronic and can be delivered to you in seconds. You can also print parts of them out for easy reference. I personally purchase at least 1-2 fitness ebooks per month.

This is because I'm a fitness enthusiast and am always on the look out for some new technique or creative idea that will take my workouts to the next level. I stopped reading magazines a long time ago because they just keep coming out with the same old, boring information.

One of the best home fitness product I've come across is Gladiator Body Workout. I recently interviewed the creator of the Gladiator Body Workout, Coach Eddie Lomax. You can read the interview on my site, ShahTraining.com

The Power of Fitness Ebooks

Unlike gym memberships and expensive workout equipment, fitness ebooks don't cost you an arm and a leg and they don't require you to leave your house to go workout. Everything you need is packed into one solid .pdf file. This is the power of fitness ebooks - they're cost-efficient, electronic books that you can instantly download onto your hard drive for immediate use. That's why when it comes to fitness training - ebooks are the way to go.

Not only do they provide you with the knowledge you need in order to reach your set fitness goals, you can always refer back to them at any time in case you forget about a specific point. If you were at a seminar or a public gym being taught by a "fitness guru", you would have to take notes on every single thing he/she said in order to intake all the information. That kind of learning just isn't necessary with ebooks - and that's why they are not only cost-efficient (most cost around $10-$30), but fitness ebooks are also time-efficient - you learn much quicker.

Most good fitness ebooks give you exercises that don't require heavy machinery or expensive workout equipment. Just exercises that can be done using either your own body-weight or your own environment. And there are some very good body-weight exercises out there, that give you a full-body workout just like as if you were using a machine.

I'm not saying gym memberships and workout machines/equipment are bad. No, they most certainly aren't. I'm saying that they're often expensive and that ebooks are easier on the wallet. You can choose whichever option best suits you. If you like seeing $80 deducted from your bank account every month for a gym membership, or spending $300 on the latest Bowflex, then go right ahead and throw your hard-earned money away for the same stuff you can find in a well-written ebook that would probably only cost you around $20.

Want the absolute best fitness ebook that teaches everything that you would learn in a gym or seminar, plus more? Then you have to check out Inhuman Stamina.
